Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts is not eligible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be in the form of your order number, which can be found on your invoice. Please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form here to initiate this process. Our return policy is valid for all baskets (excluding Final Sale items) 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible.

Please provide 5 full business days for us to receive the item, as actual time will vary based on shipping location. If you are shipping an item back to us, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed for the full invoiced price of the item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All of our baskets have a 1-year warranty* from the date of purchase.
