Strider Warranty Policy

Please contact Zoom Electric Bikes at info@zoomelectricbikes.com if you have any issues with your product and we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Zoom Electric Bikes honors the full manufacturer warranty provided by Strider below. Please see the information below for Strider Bike specific warranty policy for your item.

Strider Return Policy

We offer a 60-Day Guarantee on our bikes, and we will first try to resolve any issue customers may have. However, should you need to return an item to Strider Sports, please follow these steps:

Contact us, and we will issue you a Return Number (which must be prominently marked on the outside of the box).
You may return your item with one of the following methods:
- US Postal Service (you must send through registered mail and insure for the value of your item).
- Federal Express or UPS (you must insure for the value of your item).
Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice inside the package, along with a reason for the return.

Credits will be issued to the customer after the bike or accessory is received and processed. Credits will be issued for the purchase price of items only; credits will not be issued for any shipping or processing fees.

Strider Warranty & Registration

We want to make sure your ownership of a Strider Balance Bike is the best experience it can be. To make this happen, we request that you register your bike through this online form. This will activate your warranty.

Strider offers a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects (you know, things that happen at the factory. Not… say, backing over a Strider with your car because it was accidentally left in the driveway even though you told your child three times – three times – to put it away).

To complete the warranty registration form, you will first need to get the serial number and production date from your Strider Balance Bike (see photo below). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you!
