Great bike fast and I love it
As a 63 year old man with limitations in my legs and back. this Ratton LF750 Pro Ebike made it possible to go out and be able to get out and ride again after many years, oh so much fun. I wish I had learned about these before and been riding earlier. Anyone in their senior years should think about owning one and get out and ride! They are very easy to learn and great fun and exercise for all. Please seniors, they are the best.

Fast delivery and a fast bike gets up to 30 miles an hour like nothing gonna figure out how to eliminate the speed limiter and see how fast it really goes comfortable to ride and fun. kind of disappointed with the range. Hopefully a new battery becomes available that can increase the range.

This bike is great. I’m a first time e-bike user. From the look and design of the bike to the power and comfort, this bikes great. I took it out for 8 miles on my first day and it performs well. I have big hills where I live, so I don’t expect battery life to be as well as someone just getting around in the city on flat surfaces. I had one bar drained after my 8 mile ride, that’s good considering the hills and in sport mode. I was pedaling up the hills then using full throttle on the flat surfaces and traveling at 18 mph. I changed the parameters of the bike( which you can find out more about on YouTube) and now the bike will do 26 mph pedaling and 20 mph throttled. If you want to get a e-bike, I would recommend this one if you’re taller. This things a beast. I’m 6’0 and weigh 240 lbs.

As long as your reason for return is valid, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and a refund will not be given. Your RMA is valid for 15 business days after it has been issued. Remember, we must receive returns within 30 days of the original ship date.
Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes, product manuals, warranty cards, and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Your return will be processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 30 days. The time that it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement varies by the credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.
When you are issued an RMA number, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund much more rapidly (1-2 weeks). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

It is the sole responsibility of the rider to become properly educated and prepared to ride safely. Once in possession of the bike, Zoom Electric Bikes strongly encourages and recommends that all customers have a certified and reputable bicycle mechanic complete a full inspection of each component on the bicycle to ensure it is safe for operation. Zoom Electric Bikes makes no claims or guarantees that the brakes, battery, frame, motor, motor controller, display, electrical cables, electrical cable housings, fasteners, grips, fork, stem, shifters, headset, seat post, seat post clamp, handlebar stem clamp, saddle, wheel hubs, handlebars, spokes, rims, tires, tubes, derailleur, freewheel, cassette, throttle, kickstand, lights, reflectors, hardware, bottom bracket, or any other part or accessory, will be properly secured and adjusted upon arrival. Before every ride fully inspect your bicycle to ensure everything is secured and adjusted properly.
Under no circumstances is Zoom Electric Bikes responsible for any damage resulting from damaged, defective, or improperly secured parts. This includes but is not limited to, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death.
